You can either take one pack within 15-30 minutes after lifting or two packs, one 15-30 minutes before and after lifting. If you take a PWO (post work-out) shake then take Animal Nitro first 30-45 minutes before taking your PWO. If possible take on an empty stomac with 250-400ml of water of fruit juice.

| EFAs are those necessary fats that we as humans are unable to synthesize in our bodies and must be obtained from either diet or supplementation.
